What payments do you accept?
Credit Card: VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY. Prepaid cards NOT accepted. Your card will NOT be approved if the billing zipcode is in AL, AR, IN, WI, VT, TN, DC, RI, Denver (CO), San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL).If transaction is declined (about 10% of cards) and you reside anywhere else, please call the phone number on back of your card to pre-authorize international transactions as our payment processor is based in the UK. You will only need to authorize one time. This will not be required on your subsequent orders. This will be more likely necessary when you use debit vs credit. SOME banks may charge a small fee for international transactions. Check with your bank. REPEATED FAILED ATTEMPTS WILL RESULT IN A BLOCK BEING PLACED ON YOUR CARD.
Zelle: Transfer payment directly from your bank's app. Zelle ONLY works if available from your bank's app or website.
eCheck Select the Green Money option at checkout. If this is your first order with us, we may hold on shipping your order until the check has cleared (5-6 business days)
What are your hours?
We are in the office M-F from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm to reply to customer inquiries. Order placed and paid for by 3 pm Monday - Saturday ship the same day.

What is the status of my order?
To view the status of your order, you can log in to your account or contact Absolute Scientific customer service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Why am I not getting an order confirmation email?
Some customers find our emails in the spam folder of their email inbox. The sender name should contain Absolute Scientific. If you never received an order confirmation email for a purchase, then you should contact our customer service team immediately.
How much is shipping?
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE on orders $49 and up. Orders less than $49 the shipping charge is $5. Shipping includes tracking and insurance.
When will my package arrive?
Once your package ships, standard USPS Priority shipping typically takes 2 - 3 business days for delivery nationwide. Oftentimes, but not always, local St. Louis customers may receive their package the next business day. SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY USPS FOR STANDARD USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING. If your package takes MORE than 5 business days to be delivered, contact us for help. While the US Postal Service is very reliable - they are not perfect every time. After your package ships, it can take up to 24 HOURS before seeing movement on your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change an order, you can do so by contacting customer service at email@example.com. An order can be canceled up until the time it leaves our facility at 4:00 pm central time (even if you already received your tracking number).
Where is my tracking number?
You should receive an email with the shipment information once your order is processed. The tracking number will be inside the email.
