What are your hours?

We are in the office M-F from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm to reply to customer inquiries. Order placed and paid for by 4 pm Monday - Saturday ship the same day.

What payments do you accept?

If you have the CashApp on your iPhone or Android, simply send payment to $AbsoluteScientific

Zelle: transfer payment directly from your bank's app or website. For more information on Zelle and which banks offer this option, see www.zellepay.com/get-started

eCheck Select the Green Money option at checkout. If this is your first order with us, we may hold on shipping your order until the check has cleared

What is the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, you can log in to your account or contact Absolute Scientific customer service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Why am I not getting an order confirmation email?

Some customers find our emails in the spam folder of their email inbox. The sender name should contain Absolute Scientific. If you never received an order confirmation email for a purchase, then you should contact our customer service team immediately.

How much is shipping?

Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE on orders $39 and up. Orders less than $39 the shipping charge is $5. Shipping includes tracking and insurance.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change an order, you can do so by contacting customer service at sales@absolutescientific.net. An order can be canceled up until the time it leaves our facility at 4:30 pm central time (even if you already received your tracking number).

Where is my tracking number?

You should receive an email with the shipment information once your order is processed. The tracking number will be inside the email.

What is your return policy?

In order to offer the absolute best prices to our customers, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been shipped. We stand behind the quality of all of our products. Everything is packaged in-house in order to maintain quality at the highest standard. If you find any issue with your order, please contact us by following the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page or by emailing sales@absolutescientific.net.

We value your privacy and under no circumstance (outside of a legal order to do so) will we never sell or share your personal information.
